Can u separate the 3 pack and sell me the ruby only?

We have the ruby color as a separate offering, just like for the black and the silver ones. However, the Ruby colored portfolio folder is now temporarily out of stock, until the new shipment can get in around the mid-to-end of this month. Sorry about that.

how come there are 48 pages but it only holds 24 photos?

There are 24 clear pockets (sleeves). Each can display 2 photos back-to-back, so the 24 pockets can display 48 photos.
