Q: Will these straps wrk well for securing an occupied wheelchair in my van with tie down tracks and rings

They should. I use them for our quads and they work just fine!

There is no rating physically listed on either the ratchet straps or the soft loops, but the polyester strap material in the soft loops is identical to the material used in the ratchet strap, so I would assume the rating would be the same. The construction of all webbing material is identical.
