how wide is the mouth?

It about 2 inches wide and keeps my coffee hot all day.

Is this thermos double-wall vacuum insulated?

I think it is, it does a great job keeping hot drinks for long time hot.

Purchased this about 2 years ago and the stopper is leaking. Does anyone know if the stopper can be purchased separately?

The silicone ring is hard to find, the ones I found that match in shape don't fit this thermos, it's too big like 0.5 inch. They don't have the replacement in their store here so maybe call customer service.
