~1/4 Inch Gold Reflective Fireglass, 10 pounds

This glass is a very pretty shade of blue. The reflective bits in the glass reflect the fire so that it sparkles like jewels. It send little bits of fire light around the area. The edges are not sharp. We moved it around with our bare hands and never got a cut. It just looks gorgeous in our propane fire pit. We ordered 20 pounds for our 30" fire pit (the opening to the actual pit is more like 24") and that was just enough.

I ordered 2 10lbs bags for our round, gas, fire pit (table). That was the perfect amount.The product came within a few days - I was amazed at the turnaround time!There are some other reviews of this product which indicated disappointment in the material - saying that there were 'pieces of mirror' in with the glass - so I was a little nervous about what it would look like. The glass is actually the beautiful copper all the way through, with one side coated with a mirror-like substance which adds a reflective quality to just the one side of each piece. I can control the amount of mirror showing just by turning the pieces over.Everyone loves how the copper looks a little more natural than the clear glass we had in the pit - but still has the nice reflection in the fire.

Glass is as described, medium chunky. It worked perfectly for our outdoor fireable. The color is beautiful, it has a slight mirrored look on the back side. Read directions first about not inhaling glass powder. Quite a bit does disperse when you pour the glass out of the bag. We used outdoor garden gloves to spread glass into tray. There are websites that will help you determine how much glass to purchase for your size fireplace box.

Beautiful glass. We bought the 1/4 blue reflective glass and the 1/2 black onyx glass since we were unsure which we'd like for our outdoor fire pit. They were both so pretty we mixed the two together. The size variation really made the fire at night sparkle.

Got this for our gas fire pit. Shipped from California to Savannah, Georgia nearly over night! 10lbs bag! No s***, buy this for the win. My father-in-law is a stickler, and was shopping for a similar fire pit glass, saw the business invoice for what the guy he was buying it bought it for and dude was only making spare change on his 10lbs bags and THIS was a better buy with my PRIME membership.

I have been wanting to replace my ugly lava rock for years and finally did. The glass is beautiful, two bags were necessary to work for my fire table, barely. I would buy an extra, you can always use for a decorative planter...Small pieces that fell through some of the vent holes so you might want to check them out first. Metal screen material works well to keep them in.

The fireglass was absolutely perfect for my intended use! I used it with green flicker candles in jelly/jam sized Ball jars as part of the centerpieces for a bridal shower and a wedding. The jars were absolutely beautiful with the glass around the candles, sparkling and glowing green as planned. Everyone loved them. The fireglass will now be used by the newlyweds in their fireplace, so a double treat!

I ordered this to replace the ugly old lava rock in my gas fireplace. It arrived in only a few days (from CA to VA), 20 lbs in one small box. The amount was perfect for my fireplace and it's gorgeous. Very sparkly. Highly recommend.
