These aren't exactly cheap, but after doing my research on Omega-3 and previously trying flax seed capsules with no noticeable results I decided to give these a go.A lot of reviews for vegi/vegan DHA supplements have complained about a fishy taste or smell, these have no smell or taste and don't seem to result in fishy breath.I've been taking these for little over a month just now and I'm experiencing a lot less joint pain in my wrists, prior to this I was taking flax seed capsules (2 a day rather than one of these a day) and noticed no real change.It's hard to rate supplements as it's hard to say if it's the placebo effect or it's down to other factors.I have been exercising more than previously and building up a bit of strength, but I was doing this while on the flax seed oil capsules and noticed no improvement and for £6.67 a month I'd say it's worth the gamble that it's the placebo effect or exercise and I'm going to keep buying these.
