Such a shame as these are so cute. Took my husband and I two days to work out where the smell was coming from. It’s like an old locked up suitcase full of musty damp paper, utterly vile. Makes the entire house stink!!!! These have now been put in the garden.

As much as this product is amazing, the smell coming from the parcel filled the whole upstairs of my house like someone who had smoked in their house for 60 years and not washed 😂 is so bad!

I bought three teal letters. They were 2 different shades, which was unhelpful as I wanted to display them together. The centre of the O wasn’t straight so it was unusable anyway. I contacted the seller, as I wasn’t keen on paying to return items that were faulty. They asked for a photo, which I sent. I then heard no more at all. Not a recommended product or seller.

As soon as I took it from the postage bag, the smell was overwhelming. At first I thought it was the bubble wrap it was in but the actual letter smells too. It’s a horrid, damp, musty old smell that even overpowered the room I had put it in. Within minutes you could smell it. I tried cleaning it, disinfecting it and spraying perfume on it. No good.The letter looks lovely but I’ve thrown it away.

Well made item. I bought my daughter and son-in laws initial along with a & as a wee anniversary present.They were delighted with them. A good, reasonably priced personal gift. Delivered in the stated time and wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.

Poor finish. The letter is not symmetric. It has a damp, musty old smell. I asked for a return and they sent me an unpaid label.I don't recommend product or seller.

They are of two different Sizes the k is much wider than the s ,so they look terrible together
