Good solid phone
This is not a touch screen phone. I don't know yet how long the battery lasts. It's a good solid flip phone. It has good sound. Not like some of the other flip phones. We bought it for our handicapped son who can manage it by closing it to disconnect.

Basic Flip Phone
We bought this for a friend of ours who was in a prison work release program. She could only have a basic phone and this covered all her bases. Its a basic flip phone, seemed to be very sturdy and worked well for what she needed.

I bought 2 Samsung Rugby phones and both of them stopped working within a month, lasted about 3 weeks. deserves a ZERO rating.

but if it is like the other SM's it is a fine unit
sence the first rugby,when I wear our the one I have I find a new one, AT&T no longer has them so I have too go to amazon.I have looked at the SM 4 but it had two many apps, but if it is like the other SM's it is a fine unit. I alwas have barr's and it is stupit prouff and still low teck

What I liked most about this phone is that it is a rugby. What I like least about this phone is that it was not new and even though it is an unlocked AT&T phone you do not have access to any internet, browsing, or games. I have lost the ability to play all my favorite games.

Well I got the phone. Put the sim card in. Turns out the phone is stolen. Put the sim card back in the old phone and the sim was locked. Had to spend a hour on the phone with at&t to have it unlocked.12 hrs later my sim is locked out again.
