If charger cable breaks can you just plug in another cord to replace the one that came with it?

The charger cable is built in, so no. It's only about 6" long & stays securely wrapped around the light & attached by a magnet, so it's not likely to break.

Can I charge the lamp and at the same time using it?

Mine charge fairly quick. I have a couple of them. I would buy a couple if you’re worried about charging and using at the same time. 2 is 1, 1 is none. That way you always have a charged back up.

What are the specs of the 3000mAh internal battery/ies (18650?)? Can I replace the battery when it no longer re-charges? (all batts die, eventually).

Would a seller/mfr please answer this..?? I would really like to know too how to access the batteries and if you need solder to replace them. Thanks.
