When I purchased this, it actually was not what I was looking for at the time. I searched humidifiers and came across this and decided to buy it thinking it was a humidifier that could also do aromatherapy.I live in Colorado where the air is extremely dry and to get real benefit from a humidifier you need a much more hefty machine that cranks out much more moisture than this item does; so I don't recommend this item if that is solely what you are looking for. However, the benefit this product offers from aromatherapy may help with some of the reasons you are looking for a humidifier. We wanted a humidifier because the dry air leaves us with dry skin and frequent sinus and respiratory infections.I read the little booklet that came with the product and saw that eucalyptus is supposed to be beneficial for a decongestant and helping with respiatory problems. I happened to have some eucalyptus on hand so we decided to give it a try and it was the first night in several that my husband did not wake up coughing every couple of hours.So we now have both this and a more powerful humidifier set up in our bedroom and we are very happy with them. We are actually both considering buying additional units for our offices!We also love the soft glow of the light at night, we find it to be soothing. If that is not something you like you are able to turn the light off by pushing the button several times, cycling through the color options.

I got this diffuser just before a weekend trip so I took it with me. Didn't use the oil with the diffuser (have my own). The diffuser worked well in the rental condo. It smelled musty when we arrived so I put the diffuser on with a couple of my oils in the living room area (approx 10'x20') and by the time we returned after dinner, the place smelled great. So it works well and a full water reservoir lasted several hours. The light was too bright at night for us but holding the button down a few seconds turns it off (read the directions!). I can't speak about the oil that's included but Lavender is always a safe bet and is so universally pleasant/healthful. My only mild unhappiness is the follow-up emails (3) reminding me to leave a review. That got a bit annoying though had I "unsubscribed" right away they may have stopped. Also, there are other diffusers that look the same for a lot less. Not sure about the quality differences as I haven't purchased any of those to date.

I ordered this as a birthday present for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. We have had quite the battle over scented items: he hates the Glade plug-ins and candles and loves incense; I hate incense and love plug-ins and candles... This has actually allowed us come to a compromise. Essential oils don't have the smokiness I hate about incense and don't overpower like he claims plug-ins and candles do. The added benefit of being a small humidifier is also great -- we live in a house with radiator heat and in the winter, it gets quite dry.He is also really into mediation -- so I bought the diffuser with a gift set of various essential oils ideal for relaxation, and it's definitely a hit! The diffuser itself is basically silent, easy to set up, clean and empty, and just generally looks very nice. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes candles and such.

This is a good diffuser. I have a few diffusers similar to it from other company's, but this one looks nicer and seems to let out a bit more mist, which is great. They also include a booklet that lets you know what the settings are for. That was helpful! The oil that came with the diffuser works really well. A little goes a long way. I really like the smell of it too, it doesn't smell fake. I think the quality is good, not food grade though, so do not try to ingest it. I love Lavender , I use it for everything, so that was a draw back for me. If you are looking for a good deal and only want an aromatherapy oil, then this is something you should check out.

I just received this bundle yesterday and I immediately got it going. The colors are very neat and have plenty of options based on your mood. This diffuser adequately worked in my bedroom and was almost too strong so I'm moving it out into our living area, which is a good thing! I didn't expect it to be as powerful as it was and it is very quiet! I let it run for 2 hours and it hadn't used up much of the water so it has a great running time before needing to be filled again.

The product arrived in good condition and packaged well. It works great. i love that it automatically shuts itself off when its out of water. My daughter loves it next to her bed at night since its also a cool night light. The only thing I would say is get extra aromatherapy, since the lavender included is very weak and you can hardly smell it unless you pour in half the bottle. But I am happy with it so far. I have only had it a week, so I hope it continues to work for a long time.

I ordered this diffuser because I wanted something small that I could use essential oils in. I've had it for a few weeks now and use it nightly. It dispenses just enough mist and a few drops of oil goes a long way. Attach the power cord (which is decent length), add water (I use distilled), a few drops of essential oil and it's ready to go. A nice bonus is the variety of colors the diffuser has available. Set it to a color that suits your mood or let it change through all the colors. Nice little diffuser for an affordable price.

I've only had this for 2 days and I'm already ordering another one for my teenager (who is obsessed with the Bath & Body Works plug ins for her room which give me a headache!). It's so nice to change up the smell with a different oil/blend. Kids LOVE the changing colors of the lamp. I love that it's simple to use and portable. It uses less oil than reed sticks and distributes an even flow. I love the little mister that you can use as intermittent or continuous flow; such a wonderful product!!! Thank you.
