selle ITALIA Turbomatic Gel Flow Saddle 2016

Every Saddle is different based on the individual. The fit is not that great for me. Hurts after about 10 miles. The quality is great though and it looks nice.

I've been riding bikes my whole life. And the one thing I've always come to expect in the spring is several weeks of pain when reacclimating to my bicycle seats. Long rides were literally a "P.I.T.A " often causing me to have to stand the next day on my bicycling commute to work. That is until now. The Selle Italia Turbomatic Gel Flow saddle is a gift from the biking gods. Having just started riding again I dusted off my bike and put in a handful of rides on my old saddle. With age or wisdom I finally had enough and broke down and purchase the Turbomatic Gel Flow. Still sore from these rides when my new seat arrived I hesitantly went for a short 5 mile ride... and then a 10 mile ride 2 days later. No pain, no soreness, and most importantly no numbness.So far I've riden 100 painless miles and can't imagine ever putting another seat between me and my bikes.

A saddle is the most personal thing on a bike. The 'right' one lets you ride in comfort which means your ride more and get fitter. I ride a lot, 4500 miles last year. Saddle comfort is important grinding out the miles commuting and racing.I've tried other saddles, including Turbomatic knock offs. But the real deal is the only one that keeps my behind happy. At first I was hesitant. This is my first one with a cutout. After about 100 miles I'm happy to say feels just like the others mounted on the rest of the bikes in my Service Course.

I have used the Prolink Selle Italia saddles, but they are discontinued, so I tried this one and love it. My hip bones require a wider (150mm+) saddle and this one works perfectly. I use it on my long distance mt bike, for mt bike stage races.

These seats are super comfortable. Excellent for long rides and hard effort. I have tried lots of seats but this is the best. i now have them on 4 different bikes, ranging from a Pinerello road bike to a recently aquired tandem.

I've been riding Turbomatic saddles for 24 years. I had a prostate problem a couple of years ago and switched from my Turbomatic 3 to this new Gel Flow version.

Great for road bike enthusiast, but not soft enough for upright cruising. Good quality and super lightweight.

Excellent product. Needs to be worn in for a while to adjust to your contour.

Not quite what is says on the box. Just received and it looks fab, yet to try it out. advertised here as 260g, yet on the packaging it says 310 g, big difference. weighed it and it weighs 308g, so not impressed on that one point.. Do love Selle Italia products, all my saddles have been, so no prob's with quality or comfort. Weighing 9 stone myself, prob benefit from the additional weight, ha ha. If you need a mega light weight saddle, this isn't really this (psychological anyway), would have liked to see a bit of titanium or carbon as per my flite slk, but hey.pronto delivery but then I did pay for next day

I did 2 1/2 hours in the saddle and found this seat very comfortable I could still tell that I had done that amount of time but I wasn't walking like Gollum

not too comfy.got the slr which is way better

I bought this to replace my SLR which I have never been really comfortable on.This one is a very comfortable saddle and delivery was faster than expected.
