Still got bitten
Ive used these before on Greek islands and they seemed to work, but a recent trip to Southern Italy, they didnt make much difference at all. Still for 25 bites, so annoying. They have red mosquitoes down there and even the jungle formula I was using wasnt strong enough to deter the blighters having a nibble.I will probably still get these for Greek islands as they did seemto work well there.

Don't waste your money
I did *not* receive discount codes, vouchers or a free product, and I think this is next to useless. I bought 2 on the strength of the reviews, and can only think they're heavily biased. I had high hopes, but have been bitten to hell every time i've worn it. These are now consigned to a drawer & I'm sticking with the sprays.

Its ok, maybe use in tandem with other products
Seemed to have limited effect, still got bitten badly, but maybe not quite as bad as usual. I did use other products as well ( tend to try everything as am a mosquito attraction wherever i go)

Effective repellent band
I must admit to a degree of scepticism about the likely effectiveness of these bands in general. But, in good test conditions last week (in the south of Spain at dusk on a golf course) the band did exactly what it is advertised to do.Firstly, though, it is worth noting that this repellent band is made from high quality materials and is attractively designed. The material is, I think, neoprene - if not it is something very similar. This makes it very comfortable to wear even in hot and sultry conditions with no rubbing or chafing. It is very easy to use - you just slide one of the two included pellets into a small mesh sleeve on the outside of the band - and off you go! It is a colourful band with a mosquito print design. Incidentally, the wording on the packaging indicates that the pellets last for 15 days, not the 7 days stated on the Amazon product page - I'm not sure which one is correct.Back to the test then. Normally the mozzies love me but wearing the band stopped them biting or even bothering me - remarkable. This is effective and so easy to use - better than covering up completely or smothering yourself with repellent spray or cream.Please note that I received this item at a discounted price in return for an undertaking to provide a comprehensive and honest review.
