Can you use this instead of ceramic cup, not as a liner?

I wouldn't use it without the glass or ceramic insert that comes with your scentsy or any wax burner. It is flexible & when the wax is warm/melted it could fall into or on the light bulb.

What is the size difference between Size 01 and Size 02?

Yes I believe so. I thought the measurements were listed on the site. That is how I knew what size to order.

Could this be used to melt wax seals for invitations? All the wax seal warmers on Amazon are wood!! And have not so great reviews

I would assume so. My wax into a very liquid form which could be applied for a seal. When my wax cools it forms back into a regular wax cake which would probably seal your invitations.
