Q: What is the working weight limit on this table? I see that it says 450lb but is that the static weight or working weight limit?

Ours seem very well constructed, a guess may be some where around 400 lbs. my weight is just shy of 300 lbs and I don't have any trouble.

Q: how much does it weigh when packed in the case?

It's between 35 and 40 lbs. I keep a couple of spare sheets in the bag with it. The table is great I'm 6'3" 230lbs, and it holds me fine. Good Luck.

Q: Do u sell extra head pieces for these tables?

i have not tried to get extra pieces but since they are detachable I'm sure you could get just the one piece

37 in wide and 271/2 long. It came in the carrying bag and not a box.
