I came across this product 5 years ago in a store when I was looking for something to help me detox and hopefully drop some stubborn weight.When using this product I was already doing cardio on a regular basis. I was also on my feet for several hours a day, everyday, for work, and drink an average of 80oz of water per day.When combined with a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise) and following instructions, this product helps me eliminate toxins (sometimes like crazy!!!)It does always help me feel and look less bloated, which is amazing :)The individual daily packs make it very easy to follow :)I’m not a fan of the flavors. The evening one is fine but the morning and afternoon are a little harsh for me. Sometimes the morning and/or afternoon ones make me sneeze (because of the scent?), but not a big deal.Because they work so well for ME, I end up using them 2-4x a year. Usually before a big event/trip, or when my body feels yucky and sluggish inside.Once I realized this product was on Amazon, I started ordering them here a few years back.My ONLY COMPLAINT is sometimes the product feels “not as fresh” as other times. It’s always a hit or miss. I can tell by the color of the product inside the capsule. When it’s not as fresh, the colors are darker and look of powder inside the capsules are more “stiff”.When they are fresher, the color is lighter and can powder in the capsule is more loose.I’m not sure if this is because of:1. Old stock? (some products I purchase from Amazon vs. a store have lower quality taste. Like tea bags. I assume it’s because it’s old)2. Product doesn’t get rotated correctly in the warehouse?3. Temperature changes (while being transported to the warehouse; while sitting around in a vehicle in extreme hot/cold before it’s actually delivered, etc)I hope this product is around for years to come. I will definitely keep reordering and using this product as I feel I need to :)I read some reviews that the product is too harsh on your body. ***Please make sure you drink plenty of water.*** I do think the product is harder on the body if you eat too much junk/unhealthy foods when using this. It’s just way more toxins to eliminate.IT IS OKAY to skip a day or skip several days if it is too much on your body. I’ve done that before and it still works great :) 14 days is a lot and sometimes the human body needs a break when something new is introduced.I did recommend this to a friend awhile back and she said she saw zero results. She also lives a healthy lifestyle but sits at a desk/computer at work whereas I would be on my feet.Hope all this helps you :)

I took this product for 2 weeks, as instructed. I followed the diet pretty well overall (not very well at breakfast, exactly as directed at lunch, and very well at dinner) and drank all the water instructed. After the first 4 days, I still had not lost any weight, but had become more "regular" (basically within an hour of every meal). I did not have any cramping or diarrhea, as many people complain about with a cleanse. The further I got into the cleanse, the more energy I had. The pounds began to gradually drop off too; I lost 4 pounds in two weeks. I would definitely recommend this product. If your main goal is to lose weight, you probably will not lose a lot, so you may not be very satisfied with this product. However, if your main goal is to cleanse your body from toxic waste, renew your energy level, feel great overall, lose a little water weight/tummy bloating, and maybe lose a few pounds on top of it, then this is the cleanse for you!I gave it a 4, because I couldn't give it a 4.5. The only reason for not giving it a 5 is because I would like to have lost a couple more pounds and a little more size off my tummy. There was still a little bloating left after finishing the cleanse.

I'm 30, this was my very first time ever cleansing and I was very pleased with the results of this product. I have used a few different Renew Life items and always feel like I get my money's worth from their supplements and probiotics. I did not experience violent stomach cramping or terrible bathroom visits at all like some had mentioned (but then again I lead a pretty normal, mostly healthy diet to begin with.) After the 2 week duration of this cleanse I was left feeling quite rejuvenated and fresh with better mental clarity, less headaches and minor aches and I dropped 4 pounds! When taking this cleanse, be sure to eat as raw and clean as possible and give up caffeine. I didn't consume any coffee or tea during this detox and I felt more alert than I ever have without it. I definitely recommend this to any woman looking to jump start some weight loss, shed toxins from your body or just want a clean start after over indulging in food. I plan to do this again before my best friend's wedding in August.

This made me SO miserable. But I have to believe it’s bc I wasn’t drinking enough water. Make sure you are constantly drinking with this! Downside is it was hard to do that and not pee 3 times an hour but I paid the consequences when I didn’t. Had to stop a week in :(

I am a former cancer patient with immune problem and would catch colds every month which would linger, turn in pneumonia; you name it, I've had it. First off, I received a box without instructions. The other reviewers talk about an eating plan that came with the kit, but my kit did not have any information other than what is printed on the box which describes taking doses morning, afternoon and night. So I had my regular, healthy diet and exercise along with this kit. After 5 days, I am sad to say that I have actually gained a few pounds. The kit does help with regular b.m.'s, but that is something I didn't really need help with. Maybe this is best for someone who is constipated?
