I like what's in this - the balance of red fruits (which I like!) and nutrition, and I think this will be very good for my health. But I'm having a difficult time mixing it with plain water (I am working on that) and the taste reminds me a little of beets, which unfortunately I don't like (I'm sorry, MacroLife). Because of that flavor, I think I will mix this with apple or another non-citrus juice, like the label suggests, for taste and some extra-extra nutritional punch.Edit, April 2017: To mix this with a liquid, I treat it like a flour or other powder: Mix with a little liquid to make a paste, then gently stir in the rest of the liquid. Should have thought of that earlier.

Everyone is different but when I take this on a daily basis I tend to feel better and have more energy.

This is everything I’ve wanted in a simple powder and the reds are very good to drink, So no complaints there. My only gripe is the portion size, I know packaged contents can “settle” during packaging and shipping but I mean it’s like Half the bottle is empty. Not that it’s a big deal but it would be nice to at least fill the contents a little more!

This product is much better when I mix it using half juice & half water & then after giving it a good shake, putting it in the fridge so that it dissolves completely. That way when I drink it, it has dissolved completely & has very little grassy after taste. I am not craving sweets or binge eating like I was, so I'd give it a try if you're looking for something to help you with in those areas.

Does not taste good at all and does not stay mixed up. Maybe if you used a blender, it would be better. I shook it to mix and most of the powder was at the bottom in a minute or so. And, the taste is pretty awful, did I mention that?Would not order again.Also, be sure and look at the ounces in this container. It recommends a tablespoon per serving which means that it will be gone in no time. So, be sure and compare that to the cost. Not really a great deal after all. Yes, I should have looked at it better before I ordered.Still, taste really bad.

Tastes really great! I mix it with water and a banana. Tastes just like a strawberry banana smoothie. I got a small size initially as a tester, but I will definitely order more.

I ordered this item for use during workout and when I have no time for breakfast - worked great. During workouts, it adds a little punch to my water for hydration. I feel better after the workout. And on mornings when breakfast is impossible it really satisfies. Although the manufacturer recommends to take with juice, I find the taste just fine.

I put this in my water and or smoothie has a berry flavor taste to it
