Round Large-Headed Nail 1.6" Diameter Large Size Color Antique Brass Pack of 20.

My wife saw a pair of wooden shutters on pinterest she wanted me to make, so I scoured the internet for some large metal tacks. I finally came across these and ordered one box to make the first set of shutters. They were delivered 1 1/2 days later and they were perfect. The head on them was large enough to hide the lag bolts used to anchor the shutters to the wall and looked great. I quickly ordered 5 more boxes to do the shutters on the other 8 windows and they arrived just as quick. Here's a picture of them, they are not directly exposed to the elements because the shutters are under a two foot eave, so I don't know how they hold up in the weather. You couldn't buy 10 of these at a specialty shop for this price! Only word of caution/advise, use a small drill bit (smaller than the nail diameter) to make the holes and use a hammer to tap them snuggly into place. I tried to push the first tack in place and the welded nail head came through the dome and stuck my finger pretty good. After that I had no issue with hammering them in and could even use two small screw drivers to pry the nail tack out of the wood if need be. Overall great quality for the price, I had zero blemishes in the 6 boxes I ordered.

Love these! I wanted some giant tacks to adorn my kitchen breakfast nook after I refinished to give it a steampunk look. I didn’t even know if such a thing existed. Here they are! These are huge and just beautiful. Word of advice. Drill your hole first with a tiny drill bit, cover head with a washcloth or rag, and tap in gently with a rubber mallot. This will keep the beautiful shiny head from having any marks, and the nail head from breaking.Lightning fast shipping. Thank you!!

I AM SO MAD! ....Where have you been hiding?....Why have I not found you before???These are absolutely perfect, I just wish I had found these earlier I could've been in design heaven!They arrived on time, arrived with no fault and look wonderful on our projects. Would highly recommend. I expected them to be big once I saw the pictures from the previous buyers, but wow....we were we impressed....well done!

I ordered to these studs to add as an accent to the legs of my dining room table after refinishing it. While these studs are pretty, the nail part that goes into your project is not strongly attached to the decorative stud itself. I used a rubber mallet with a cloth over the domed stud to gently nail into the legs of my table. After a couple of hammerings, the domed stud disattaches from the nail. You shouldn’t be able to see the nail itself, only the domed stud. It seemed to be a hit or miss as to which would work without separating. The whole reason I ordered was because I saw a review where these studs had been used on wood shutters, so I thought they would be great for a wood table. Out of a bag of 20, I needed 8, but 6 domes detached from the nail. Luckily there were 20 pieces and after a lot of frustration I got some to work. Happy with the way the end result looks. Was not thrilled that it was a hit or miss on which would stay attached to the nail.

Great value. Plenty sturdy enough if you don’t treat it like a nail. Drill pilot holes and push in. I highly recommend the product for its construction and value especially considering what larger size clavos can cost.

These were just right for creating a Chinese-style antique door. These are more correctly called a "clavos" rather than nails. Ordered 3 boxes, and received all 60, no defects noted that some of the others complained about. Can't imagine it being better. Best quality for the price available!
