This is the best base for cream soups. We used the same brand when we had a small restaurant and so happy to find it to use for our soups we make at home. Delicious!

Makes great soup and is so easy to use. I like to add more water to our soup so it’s not quite as thick. I wish they would leave out the Maltodextrin from the ingredients.

It's difficult for people who are gluten free or Celiac to have cream soup based dishes. This product allows us to use those recipes. It also makes great gravy.

I use the soup base to make mass quantities of clam chowder for a church bazaar and it never fails. A great product!
