Good marketing skills
One of the worst product from a company like BLACK & DECKKER...The unit just operates for 10 minutes after full recharge ...If we use the product a few minutes, for3 to four times a day , we are forced to charge it three times daily...Really didn't serve me purpose...I needed a product which would have operated at least 2 days after full recharge of 8 he's

almost unusable and bad service from the global store
The suction is good, but it will not work even for 15 minutes continuously. It can be used for sucking the dirt out once the dirt gets settled in an area. The short working time almost nullifies its usability. I ordered it and upon rethinking decided to back off and requested for a return. The amazon global idiots immediately sent it, even before the displayed shipping time and they cancelled the return request. Now I lost around 4000 rs for this somewhat useless product.

expensive but handy
Absolutely love it! it's very handy and easy to clean.. wish it has the extra attachment that its new model has in USA.My daughter in the US recommended it.I even bought the extra filter to wash n dry n use
