Leaking supply line; fixed.
I have a similar issue with a leaking supply line; I've contacted the manufacturer and I'm awaiting a response. An update is to follow; I'm hoping for a resolution to this issue soon.July 07, 2019: The company contacted me shortly after this review, and sent a replacement supply line rapidly. Now it is all fixed and working well. The one problem I have with this faucet is that the outflow is relatively slow compared to other faucets, but otherwise, it's been working well. Thanks, Kraus, for your fast response!December 11, 2021: The knob is particularly stiff now and makes a squeaky sound with rotation. I'm thinking it must need some lubrication or something. I was wondering if it's safe to use petroleum jelly or something similar to repair the issue.

great faucet easy to clean
I bought this because I love KRAUS product and the price was great because it was a showroom sample. There are no true horizontal surfaces so water drops don't sit for long. Also the phallic look in my guest bathroom makes me giggle.. Wash your hands honey!

Disappointed
Beautiful product BUT description does not describe the one hole installation limitations--does not fit standard cut pedestal sinks at all. This will only work if you custom cut your countertop.

Looks nice but water lines fail and ruin cabinets
We bought two of these. Both have had faucet lines that have failed and have ruined two vanities as a result. Don’t buy!
