Does what it's supposed to do.
It serves its purpose. I would have given five stars but in the back of my mind I wonder how long this is going to last. My father got the same chuck in the 1960's when he bought his radial arm saw. His feels a lot more "solid" than the one I received.

Expands uses of Radial Arm Saw
Fine for some rotary cutters, e.g. leveling rough board. However, not good for use with router bits! Saw turns much too slowly for that; will tear up the wood. Tried moving saw very slowly, didn't help.

Fake Product!
Counterfit Jacobs drill chuck! Obvious knock off. It functions but the quality of the thing is absent. Cheap Chinese crap. Its getting tiresome, dealing with all the dishonest sellers. Doesent anybody have any pride in workmanship or any sense of integrity anymore? Sad state of affairs.
