Arrived in Like New Condition
I ordered this reconditioned drill from Amazon for about 2/3 of the price of a new one. Partly for the cost savings and partly because local tool retailers didn't carry the bare tool for this product, and I had plenty of Makita 18 volt batteries and a couple of chargers. The tool arrived quickly and other than the sticker applied to it that said it was reconditioned, I couldn't tell the difference. The brushless sub-compact model is an improvement over the previous version which I have also owned.

Very strong but very limited use. wouldn't buy again.

Reliable, flexible power in a lightweight tool
I particularly like the small form-factor with great features, flexible drive power, light weight, and good battery life. Capable of easily handling the toughest screw fastener jobs.Recommended.

Makita never fails!!!
I love Makita. I’m in electrician and spend a lot of time in the Crawl. There’s nothing worse than getting into a tight spot and your tool not fitting or working Makita never fails.

Smaller / Less Power
Thought that this was a standard Makita Impact Drill but this the smaller version - less power. Disappointed. Will give it a try - might be ok for small projects

Makita 18V is the way to go.
I LOVE IT. Hands down the best sub-compact I’ve every used. Powerful yet totally controllable and super light. I use it everyday since it arrived and I want to buy another
