Melted connector after only 5 charges
Got about 5 charges out of one before the connector literally melted in the Ryobi factory charger. Was really hoping these would be a great low(er) cost option. Happy to share pic if anyone cares.

It's a crap shoot at best.
I got exactly one use out of one of these batteries and now it will not take a charge. I know the Ryobi brand batteries cost a bit more, but from now on I will be paying the extra money. A cheap battery is not a good deal if it doesn't work.

Quality , Performance and price!!
I am updating my original review for these batteries, good while they lasted, both of them completely died in just a years time while my true Ryobi batteries are still going strong, you get what you pay for.I’m very pleased with these batteries, the fit is excellent in my charger and my tools, so far I’m still using the first one from the initial charge, I recommend them for the plain and simple reason of the quality and of course the price.

They quit charging after 6 months
I purchased 2 of these to use in my electric blower. I probably only use the blower twice a week. The initial experience with the batteries was that they charged well, lasted a long time and we obviously powerful. However, after 6 months both batteries at the same time stopped taking a charge and the charge indicator says they are defective. Now they are worthless. I went back to the original old battery which charges and works well, but just does not last as long. So I know its not the charger.

No crib death
They lasted at least as long as I expected. I don't use the batteries commercially. I bought them because I needed more capacity on my drill for a gigantic swing set assembly one weekend when I was going to have a lot of helpers. One battery in an impact driver and one battery in a drill lasted the whole assembly of a Skyfort II with capacity left to spare. I would recommend these to others not only because they appear to nearly meet the capacity rating, but also because the seller appears to stand by the product. When I'm buying value items, it's important to me to have confidence the seller will stand buy the product and I got the feeling if these failed early I would get them replaced. They didn't fail early so I didn't need them replaced but still... It would be cool to see someone post results of a discharge at the C 1/2 rate and see if they meet at least the 5ah rating at such a forgiving load.

Great batteries and even better customer service.
The batteries have excellent power and last a long time but one did not fit the tools properly. I was able to lightly sand the surface that fits in the holder and it now works fine. I did have contact with customer service at Energup and they were very cooperative and replied quickly to my problem. With such good customer service I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

NOT REAL 5Ah, but good 4Ah battery for this price.
It is not 5Ah how seller has declared on label and site, it is real 4Ah battery, I discharged it thru wattmeter and it showed 73W, after I charged it using B6 mini charger as 5S battery and it was detected like 4089 mAh, I has one year old evercup battery with 4Ah label on it, and this new fake 5Ah evercup and old 4Ah - are absolutely same.I set four starts because price is pretty good $50 for couple set. And it my 3rd attempt to buy good cheap battery.First two was worse, one was declared as 4ah and actually it was 2Ah another I bought as 6Ah but it happened 2.5Ah. So this battery is the best what I found - but it is not 5Ah.DEAR SELLER PLS DON'T CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND SET 4Ah ON IT, IT IS NOT 5Ah BAT.

Good buy overall
I bought four of these (2 two packs) 5.0 Ah 18v Energup (Ryobi replacement) batteries several months ago. All still work so far, and have the long life one would expect of 5.0Ah batteries. The only irregularities noted thus far is that they sometimes get warmer than I think they should, and the power/charge indicator lights will occasionally stick on for a while instead of just coming on when you push the button and going off after 5 seconds or so like they are supposed to. Also, oddly, sometimes the charge indicators lights won't work at all for a few days, then will start working again. The batteries appear to charge and work properly, it's just the "fuel gauge" lights that are a bit unpredictable.
