This product is not working with my Philips soundbar model DSP 475u. They both look same but not compatible.

You can't return,and it doesn't work even if you match your existing remote.
Never buy this , you cant return it also if it doesn't work. Since it will never work, you are just burning your money. I have matched my previous remote to this , but still it doesn't work and you can't return it .
