A great phone for the price giving this spec.
I absulutely love this phone.I have been looking for a phone for quite a while now I didn't want to spend a small fortune but at the same time wanted as higher a spec as possible .I came across this phone after weeks of surfing and looking at reviews. For the price you can't go wrong if you're looking for a high end phone on a budget.4gb ram and 64 rom ,8.1v Android face unlock ,fingerprint unlock I could go on but if you check out the full spec of this phone you would be mightily impressed.I agree with other reviewers that the camera is not that impressive there is very little custom settings and I have seen better quality photos on other phones (I have also seen poorer quality)the quality is fine for me .I find the phone really responsive, fingerprint unlocks in around a second, the apps open quick and the screen resolution is good.I know what you're thinking, a brand I've not heard of and made in China ,I was thinking that too but once I got over my nervousness and ordered this phone I am now a very happy chappy. If you're looking for a phone check this out I think you will be impressed too.

Excellent all round budget phone
I bought this with a 15-off voucher, and my overall review reflects this as it brought the cost down to £175 for the normal model. It looks like the voucher is always available.I needed something affordable as a secondary phone from my main work phone, and the Z2 fits the bill perfectly. I looks great, performs well and has a large battery allowing me to get over a full days use out of it.The screen is superb, it allows the phone to fit comfortably in your hand while still have having a large screen. I don't mind the notch either, in general it makes no difference to my notifications, but if you leave lots of notifications to build up the bar won't be able to fit them all.It does lack both 3.5mm and NFC but due to the price I will say this is forgivable. The camera performance is great for a phone at this price. I sync my photos with Google Photos and when I very them on a large 27-inch monitor all my shots still look great. Admittedly I am not a professional photographer but for a lot of shots I can't tell the difference between this or a much more expensive phone. The only exception would be very low light shots.I have had two software updates since buying the phone, which is promising, though it is still on Android 8.1.

Crap Wi-Fi
Nice phone for the price, fast, responsive, and overall pretty good. However, if you use this for Wi-Fi connections, forget it. It is absolutely rubbish. Drops out, can't connect. Why in this day and age they can't even get a simple thing like Wi-Fi right beggars belief.

Battery life not great, but an ok phone
A cheap and cheerful phone that is more powerful than the price tag suggests. It's a pure android experience, with no bloat, which many will love. The screen is reasonably good and a decent size for the price point and the hardware does a decent job running apps. The camera takes pretty good photos and there is a microSD card slot to expand the already plentiful 64GB.The phone looks and feels more expensive than it is and really is a bit of a bargain, the only downside being the battery life which will last a day with light to medium use but much more than that and you'll need to do a top up charge or a carry power bank around.

It is nice when it works
I bought this phone in March and have had so many mini issues with it. It did not charge on the round charger like expected or on the charging pat in the car but always required for the lead to be inserted. Also when I dial a number, the screen goes black and I cannot do things such as put on the speaker function. Then it gradually became very slow opening applications. I overlooked that because I liked the phone but now it goes black all the time and stops all together even when it is charged and I am in the middle of a conversation. SAD. I wish I could return it because it is as good to me as having no reliable phone.

Good but it's 2019, other horizons are Bright
Pro's: It's actually quite good, lasts a full day or more, charges rapidly! used a 40off voucher and paid £160, at that price it's a no brainier. Cons: No snapdragon, no hope for 🤖9.0 The charger wire broke within a month, didn't come with screen protector, loudspeaker call quality poor

Great Phone but died already
Purchased this phone and was delighted with it. Has ll the features you would expect from a flagship without the cost. Unfortunately, purchased in May 2019 and it has just died on me. Five months useage for £140 doesn't feel like money well spent.

Risky purchase
My second Umdigi phone but i will not be buying again. Was absolutely fine for a few months then it started turning its self off. Took it to a shop where they told me the battery was knackered and it was not really worth the money for repair. Mind you its my fault for going too cheap, these phones are a gamble when it comes to assembly quality.
