I ordered this for my flat. It was delivered ahead of the promised date. I called up Godrej Locks customer care and they visited and installed it. They clearly explained how to use it, set passwords and register biometrics. Installation was smooth. The lock is working perfectly.

Dear Lock Team,Please refer to the trail mails regarding the problem of Aventis Lock which is self-explanatory. I am surprised that your expert suggested to use again same set of batteries( Duracell Ultra AA) and he will come and see the problem only if these batteries also get exhausted in a short time. I have already changed the battery using Duracell Ultra twice as advised by your technician and battery life is very short. He could have checked the lock before advising me to buy a new set of battery . Please appreciate it cost money also apart from a security issue and such indifferent approach for such a long pending issue is not in line with the reputation of Godrej. Please advise your expert accordingly and ensure the problem is solved.I have already confirmed that if Godrej charges for spares, components I will pay the same as the lock warranty period already expired but what is more important at this moment is to solve the problem first.Best Regards,S. The product is really good but Godrej is not focusing on its service like competition the service engineers charge’s amount against Godrej visiting charge policy, and if you don’t pay them the amount they will threat you by say if you don’t pay the service charge according to our requirements we won’t provide you any service in future, first I would like to suggest Godrej if the product is under warranty customer has to pay no charge for the service of the product still you charge 200 + GST and on the top your service guy's increase the amount by 700₹ by threat customers if we don’t pay the charges they won’t provide us the service of the product in future. Kindly do something about your service Godrej don’t just sell and forget. Otherwise stop making smart locks.

Once the product was delivered, the follow up for installation was good from the team . Impressed with the way it was done by the service person Mr.Ramesh. It took 3-4 days, but happy in the end.

The media could not be loaded. Just got it installed few days back only . Good product from Godrej , works great with all features like biometric, password ,access card entry , keys etc . It would have been perfect had it been Bluetooth or WiFi enabled to operate remotely like Qubo etc, my reason for not 5 star rating. But I like Godrej brand for locks etc so settled for this . Little pricey but so what 😅 it gives plush feeling .
