FLADEN RESCUE SYSTEM - One Piece Immersion Blue and Yellow SCANDIA Flotation Suit - Buoyancy and Thermal Protection - EN 393 and ISO-15027-1 Certified

First of all, sizing is a bit difficult. I'm a female , weigh 9 st 6 so I went for the x small. Now the confusion came because X small and small come under the same weight and because jumpsuit type clothing generally comes up big, but not in this case!So, due to the small coming under the same weight cateragory and the x small fitted as 'hot pants', I thought I'd need the medium. Oh how wrong was I, if it was a windy day, I would of took off! It was massive. So I now have two of these flotation suits under my stairs with the returns started and I thought I've got to try ordering the small, I've pretty much tried every other size and finally, it fitted with ample room. So I'm confused how both sizes are meant to fit between 50 to 70 kg and yet have such a size difference. So if you have a 28 inch waist, weigh 9 st 6 and are 5 ft 6, then small is what you need.As for the suit, as all new things, it appears well made but only the test of time can answer this question.I love the high fleece lined collar, really keeps you warm. The hood is 'fixed' out, no tucking it away in the collar.As soon as I put it on, I could feel the thermal properties repelling my body heat, I felt like the 'ready brek' kid!Now I've bought mine for 'foul weather' doggy walking,I had the first test run wearing my suit, I'd think at the beginning it's probably not quite cold enough (about 5degrees) but as anything new, I wanted to try. Omg, I was so hot by the end of the walk, that I'm sure I'd dehydrated myself.Apart from heat exhaustion, the suit was so comfortable, had two compliments on my way on how nice it looked. I like to be seen on dark mornings hence this suit.The colours mix well, it's a nice yellow, and really compliments the blue.The belt on the waist is an excellent added touch, no 'belly' sagging of material.I have been using a portwest thermal coverall, which has been excellent but wanted an upgrade.I don't normally wish for cold weather as I have arthritis but, I want to wear my suit to really see how it copes when it's minus degrees.

Well worth the money i paid . Very happy with the fit i bought a large suit I'm 5ft10 15 stone and the suit fits exactly as it should with room to move can't wait to go boat fishing i would definitely recommend this suit 👍

Recht preiswerter Schwimmanzug mit guten Eigenschaften. Bewegungsfreiheit ist gegenüber den Zweiteilern besser. Zudem punktet das geringe Gewicht gerade bei Flugreisen. Wiegt in der Größe XS zum Beispiel nur 1,7Kg.
