True to size: Purchased the 30"x60", received a piece 31" x 61", so very happy with that.It is just a plain piece of fabric: unlined and unfinished, with no fraying. It has a sturdy backing, which keeps it flat without wrinkling. It is flexible enough to be rolled up, but not folded/creased. When it rolls, it rolls plush side out, so you don't have to worry about the scratchy backing coming up.Bought it for a bunny who was unable to walk while recovering from an illness (head tilt) that caused him to experience extreme vertigo. He would fall down and roll a lot which put him in danger of hurting himself and his eyes. This sheepskin was great: very soft and thick with no shedding. (There was a little fuzz around edges where I cut it to fit, but it was easily plucked off before using.)Bunny could not use the litter box while sick and the moisture wicking properties of this sheepskin are amazing! If you are expecting a fair amount of moisture, you will need to put something absorbent underneath, because liquid passes right through. The surface stayed dry no matter what.I laundered it in the washer and dryer. There was a little shrinkage from the dryer, when I left it in too long one time (it dries fast), but it remained just as plush, soft, and clean as ever, wash after wash, and did not stain. Between the washer and dryer, bits of hay that got stuck in it came right out. It looked brand new every time.I cannot recommend this enough. We really put it through the paces and it performed incredibly well.Bunny is doing fantastic, now, by the way, and doesn't need the sheepskin at all anymore. :)

This product is super. Comfy, stays put for the most part, and keeps the bed dry. I like it a lot.

For my husband who has extremely sensitive skin

We are using this help heal a bed sore on a bedridden patient. We have a medical air mattress. +Egg crate. +Mattress pad. Everyone says sheep skin works well for sores so we're trying anything. After washing/drying everyday, it is still VERY SCRATCHY to the touch. It does wash and dry well but I lay a cotton flat sheet over it to protect her skin and use as a draw sheet. Sore is healing. From now on I will always use a sheep skin on her bed as a prevention.

My dad is very sick with stage 4 cancer. He was getting sore from laying on his side all day. This things works. Holds up great in the wash. I have to wash almost daily. Awesome purchase, one of the most affordable ones out there.

This is a good quality product at a fair price.

Doesn’t hold a candle to real lambswool. Not durable. Mats in less than a year of light use.

I used the product for my relative in a nursing home who needs extra padding on her bed to avoid skin breakdown. This was a great find and works great. Good price as well. Thanks!
