This product is very amazing. it actually works, my dad has his cataract surgery, done in a couple of weeks after the surgery, my dad told me that there is something in his eyes, it was like a bunch of small black dot, that only him seeing it. after a couple of hours research, i found out the symptoms were called (floaters in eyes), so I took my Dad to the ophthalmologist, and he check out my dad's eyes, and he told me and my dad that there is nothing he can do about it, he also said that you have to get used to it. when I hear that I was very sad and hopeless, even the doctor said that so I have lost all the hope, I was hoping it was something that the doctor can be treated. but anyway, I was researching online thru all the thread about my dad case online and found out about this medicine. and so I decided to give it a try and bought it, in my mind thinking if it works great, if not the doctor cant treated anyway so I bought it and tell my dad to try it. he went thru half the bottle now and he told me that the black dot that he seeing in the eyes has decreased about 95% now, I was very happy when I hear that, so I just wanted to write a review about it actually work, I am very recommended to try this product out.

I had painful nerve pain from compressed nerves on my lumbar. I was on Gabapentin to help with it. I had a major surgery about 3 weeks ago to decompress the nerves. I wanted to stop Gabapentin but I got withdrawals so I could not stop easily. After researching online, I found alpha lipoic acid, and decide to try it. I could replace Gabapentin with this without experiencing withdrawals. If I skipped a dose of AKA, my gabapentin withdrawals will start again. So I know my body is still dependent on Gabapentin. But within 30 mins after I take AKA, my withdrawal symptoms would stop and my nerve pain would ease up too. I still get random nerve pain but they are short lived and since nerve grow and heal very slowly, this is normal for my type of recovery.

I spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the various brands and user reviews on Amazon, and became convinced it was worth the extra money with Dr. Danielle's RALA - and feel her RALA brand assist with pain relief and is as good as it gets for RALA. I typically take one capsule daily in the a.m. along with her brand of Turmeric Curcumin, and on some days take a 2nd capsule of each in the evening. I've not noticed any hair loss with this RALA as some reviewers have asked. I also take medical grade doses of Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Taurene, Citrulline, and L-Glutamine in powdered form, and a new top quality multi-vitamin in powdered form - and mix these in juice bottles. I have 40 years of experience in health care and in supplement use, writing & working today in music therapy, mHealth, and the neurosciences.

I have used 5 bottles already. One will be here tomorrow. It keeps me in ketosis. I was on vacation last week and ate vaca style. I did NOT gain an ounce. First time ever. BEWARE, you tinkle will smell like skunk. I have been using R-ALA since 2001. I am a low carber. This one is the best and the best value. If you are a woman trying to lose weight, get some R-ALA. Take 2 before meals. You will get into and stay in ketosis. Use the sticks to test and you will know that I am telling the truth. Bodybuilders have used r-ALA forever to help get back into ketosis after their carb up days.EDIT: I have ordered several times since my original review. I keep one bottle in my office, one in my backpack, one in my gym bag, one at home and always have a couple back ups. I have tried every single R-ALA on the market and THIS is the best. I have no affiliation with the brand and have never received a free product.

I decided to try Dr. Danielle's Alpha Lipoic Acid based on reviews attesting to it's ability to relieve pain. A year ago I had an extremely painful injection of cortizone for plantar faciitis in my right foot. The cortizone did alleviate the plantar pain, but within months I was experiencing what felt like cycles of nerve related pain in other areas of the same foot. As I'm currently pursuing the true cause of this pain, I experienced pain relief within the first week of taking Dr. Danielle's Alpha Lipoic Acid--taking 300 mg in the morning and another 300 mg in the evening. According to what I have read, 600 mg a day is considered the maximum dose. I can honestly say that this product has greatly improved my quality of life!
