I'm glad I got this one. Read a lot of reviews and debated through many similar products. But I chose this one and set my expectations accordingly for a $10 item.Some reviews claimed if you move it too much it splits or if you tighten the clamp too hard it breaks. Okay, so I don't do either. I need it specifically to hold my phone for watching sports or shows in bed... my arms and hands would get tired.I found that if I tried to attach to lip of my bed stand it didn't hold well (too thick and not deep enough) and trying to force it too wasn't a good idea. So I found it easily attaches to the drawer side if I pull out a bit. I only loosen it enough to detach and then 1 or 2 easy twists to reattach.As for the positioning I did fight with it the first time to get an optimal viewing angle, then I leave it alone and in that position permanently.With these 2 precautions I feel this holder will last for a long time and fit my need for purchasing it.The phone holder attachment is pretty tightly sprung. My galaxy s10+ fits but barely... and it does take some effort to pull it open wide enough to get phone in and out. But it's not falling out on its own, that's for darn sure.If you need to move it and reposition a lot read other reviews. If wondering if this could be an inexpensive option for a need like mine, I hope I've helped.

I have an iPhone XR. This holder readily expands to fit many different sized phones and grabs the phone from end to end rather than from side to side but doesn't interfere with Face ID. I had one that held it side to side, and getting to the volume buttons was a huge pain. The neck itself is stiff, so it takes some minimal effort to position it, but once it's in place, it stays there. Of course, touching your phone will cause it to 'bounce' a tiny bit, but that's going to happen with any gooseneck holder. That can be mitigated by using your other hand to stabilize it before touching.The closest thing I have to a complaint is that when you remove your phone, you can get pinched when the moveable part snaps back in place. The solution here is also to use two hands and um...be careful.

This item really enabled my father in law to use his mobile phone. He is able to use his one good hand to use the phone and connect with the outside world. It's an excellent phone holder and is a sturdy connection to the phone and the table.

I know that when someone takes a photo of me from above, I look a lot thinner as I age. I avoided video conferences because I never had a "plan" to look decent and professional. This cool looking caddy solved all of these problems. Snapped in easily to my iPhone X Max (even with a case on my phone.)I was able to clip this BEHIND my Monitor to my glass desk and it arc's above my monitor and aims down at me. So I come across as far more stable and set my phone in it when I know I have a video meeting. Now if they could just do my hair every time ! :) I may look for a hot wig next! Also its easy to control background and consistently be sure what IS in your back ground.

1. Be sure to carefully measure you phone width. With the phone protector, it barely fit.2. If you want to use this for your bed, all you have to do is take a small piece of wood and put it in the clamp, then slide the piece of wood under your mattress.Overall, works fine.

Very strong phone holder, sometimes I feel too strong haha, when I watch movies, it won’t slowly drop down. Keep the same position all the time. Also very simple to install. Good for bedtime use

The part where your phone clamps onto does not hold very well and multiple times my phone had came off of it while using it. I have an lgstylo 4 phone, only way I'd trust this product is if you have a heavy duty case to protect your phone in case it fails to function the way it should. You get what you pay for. Clamps onto the table good. Might work better for different phones models. Company's customer service is great, they'll do everything to pretty much make it right. Very easy to get a hold of.

Well opened bag and jus a Cheap unbranded brown box. No protection in just a flimsy polyethane bag. Open product immediately see that this is not new and is clearly used or a sent item. There is clear damage to the base of the metal coil. The cheap plastic cover is torn to bits. This quite horrendous for my use as a multi camera streamer. I cannot use and very dissapointed it has been shipped in this cheap box damaged. Terrible experience.

It's incredibly wobbly, half the reviews here must be paid or something because there's no way this is nice for anyone to use. You touch it even lightly, it flops about. Don't buy it.

Hate it broke not even had it a week cheap Chinese plastic would. Not buy unless you want to waste ur money

Definitely sturdy, the coil is stiff but obviously bendable. I cracked the plastic piece as shown when I was adjusting it, as I was twisting and tightening while the coil was bent down and touching the plastic. Make sure it is bent upwards while twisting to adjust!

I'm glad I found this phone holder because it is very practical and useful. The most important for me is that the material is solid and resistant, currently I am using it for a petsonal project and it works perfect. It is perfect for video calls in different angles, I can transmit different camara shots with an easily movement of the spring. The neck is flexible so I can set its angle and length according to what I need. It has a super strong arm and a really good clamp that perfectly holds my phone. Once you mount it in place, it is very stable and doesn’t fall off at all. The length is great.It's exactly what I was looking for. It's a great product. I highly recommend this product instead the traditional selfue sticks that do not offer s good movility.
