It’s the easiest system to repair once installed
W had a bathroom redesign 20 years ago, my trusted plummer installed one of these then to be used by all 5 of us and guests for 20 years., I ordered a new one but , as designed , only had to change the symphon part . I did this without having to turn the water off, without emptying the cistern. I just lifted the lid, pulled out the yellow pin and changed the main body . An easy diy fix, almost as easy as changing a light bulb.Firstly it lasted 20 years, secondly it took 15 minutes of my time to replace. Great value for money . I’m tempted to buy another to keep in the shed for 20 years time.My plummer did a great job in fitting this model in the first place

Proper product.
No problems at all. Fitted well with no leaks at all.I'm not a DIY hero but the (very) old syphon unit failed and had to be replaced. I was dreading it but had no problem at all.I wanted a unit that would be easy to service in the future and this is just the ticket. All parts appear to be really good quality and fit together snuggly, but not so tight as you have to fight to get them in place.Quality all round and I would certainly look for this brand for other plumbing parts in the future.
