IMO, this has always been the most effective hand cream you can buy. Just a tiny bit after hand washing takes away all soapy dryness. The jar lasts for months and smells very nice and fresh. The delivery was prompt and careful. Thanks for carrying this product.

I adore this product. I’m 81 years old and have used this since 2nd grade. Local stores quit carrying it years ago. I was thrilled to see your source carrying it and now use it daily on my very dry skin. Bravo!!

I only write negative reviews if I think they can be helpful to someone. I am 61 years old and remember this hand cream from when I was younger. The smell was unmistakable. If you know, you know. Anyone hoping that this is the original scent will be completely disappointed. The other reviews that say it is just like they remember, are not referring to the smell. Not only does it NOT smell like the original, it smells absolutely HORRIBLE. The closest I can describe it would be Ponds cold cream, but with a chemical smell. I would even guess it is Ponds cream with a different formula. In all fairness, I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product, since I returned it and did not use it. This review is only to help others like myself who were wishing and hoping that they found a piece of the past. Don't waste your time or your money.

I purchased this for a couple of reasons, one being nostalgia because this was the cold cream that sat on my grandma’s nightstand and every night I would watch her slather over her face, neck, arms and feet and she would also rub on my feet and hands and the other being because I remember how soft her skin was from using it. I was so excited to find that it was being produced again and immediately ordered a jar but alas, this is not my grandma’s Pacquins….I remember very distinctly the creamy soft texture of the cream, it was very light where this is a more dry butter texture. Also, the Pacqins of old had a very light powdery floral scent and this….does not. The scent is not bad, it’s just not the same. My skin is soft from using it so it wasn’t a waste just don’t buy it expecting to get your grandma’s Pacquins because you will be disappointed.
