Best bed frame ever!!!
I can't believe I have never heard of this type of bed frame before. We ordered the queen size for our son at college. The quality of construction was impressive. The points were each tig-welded, and smoothed over with an all over powder-coating. I was happily surprised by how light the frame was... and even more thrilled with how easy it was to set up. It's crazy that it folds up so small too! Our son really appreciates the under-bed storage. It clears 13"... The 14" they mention is to the top of the rail. The other important thing is the bed is supported at 12 points. The standard bed frame I've seen before (Hollywood frames) do not support mid-span. Our son is slim, but tall... I think this frame should prevent any sag. I am laughing at myself for getting so excited over a bed frame, but I am truly impressed!

Excellent deal.
These bed frames are awesome. I now have the king and queen set. Have never had an issue. They aren't built with the absolute strongest steel or anything, but that's why the price is so affordable. It is not meant for walking across or supporting your weight without a mattress or other buffer between you and the frame. Stick to that rule and you should be fine.My favorite part - when I moved a few months ago we had our king bed. After the mattress the frame folded up nicely and was so easy to move. My previous wood frame was a pain. I would have to take it apart and put it back together. Each piece was really heavy. None of that nonsense with this frame.

Easily replaces my old frame and box spring
Positives first:Easily replaces my old frame and box spring. It's also the perfect height so that I can throw my extra boxes and luggage bags underneath it. It's sturdy, strong and does not give at all and I'm 5"10 230lbsNegatives:You will need a mattress that is at least 10 inches in my opinion. If it is anything less than that then you will probably feel the metal frame underneath which defeats the entire purpose of having this replace your box spring. Do what I did and buy this mattress, it will save you a ton of money and it's just as good as good at the tempurpedic brandshttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006LLO4ZE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Great bed frame.
Great product. Folds compact for easy storage when not in use. Quick delivery too. Came before it was scheduled to come. I’m using it as a base for an air mattress for my parents while they visit. Some of the welds had a sharpish edge that I wouldn’t worry about with a normal mattress but didn’t want to risk it with an air mattress. I just put down a rubber mat to protect the air mattress. A piece of cardboard would do just fine as well. All in all great buy

Yep, I like it.
My old queen frame and box-spring wouldn't fit up the stairway to my second floor. I was able to get the mattress up there because it could bend. So I looked around and bought this. Works great and it folds up small enough to put it in a car trunk if you needed to. I've had it a couple weeks but so far no issues. The 14" of storage room underneath is a nice bonus. I could get double what I had under the old bed under here. Looks pretty solid too. I don't expect any problems.

Wonderful frame for our air bed! PERFECT!
We've been using this frame for over a year--as a "temporary bed" while we finished renovating the house to put on the market. We've had to move it between rooms while carpeting, and fold it away for a couple weeks. It's so easy to fold and store, and best of all its comfortable! With renovating, it was nice to be able to slide something under the bed to tuck it out of sight temporarily.I HIGHLY recommend this product--it's a MUST HAVE to make you feel as if you are sleeping on a "normal" bed when you're not. It's worked flawlessly with our air mattress, dust ruffle and all the decorative parts of making a bed look pretty!

Very sturdy
The queen PragmaBed Simple Base Bi-fold Foundation is very sturdy. I have used this bed for 3 years now, and I have not had any problems. It is very easy to break down and fold up. It is heavy when folded. There is plenty of room underneath the bed for storage (my guests store their suitcases underneath). I place the queen Milliard 6-Inch Memory Foam Tri-fold Mattress with Ultra Soft Removable Cover with Non-Slip Bottom on top of the bed foundation and it fits perfectly.

Not suitable for foam or latex mattresses
The construction is excellent and it folds compactly, and is plenty sturdy once assembled (wing nuts tightened). But I have to dock it two stars because of the claim that it's great for latex or memory foam mattresses. It's not, because the supporting wires are too far apart (4"). After a few weeks the mattress was squeezing down almost an inch between the wires. The mattress edges also eventually slip off the side rails and drop down, resulting in 4-6" of the mattress on each side sloping down. One solution is to put plywood under the mattress, which kind of eliminates the advantage of the nice folding design.
