Bought for my son for Christmas, a little tricky to put together on your own but I managed it in the end but clear instructions. Very sturdy and comfortable. Not sure I would keep the cushion attached if it was for me as it makes the chair uncomfortable imo but my son is only 10 so he may like the extra support. The rocking facility is really good and the chair is super comfy, very good for the price paid would defo recommend .

We bought this chair to replace a tired desk chair we’ve had for years and our up with.We have not been disappointed by this purchase.Easy to follow instructions and build.**hint; when attaching arms to chair, put them on the back rest before the seat**Coaster are a joy to fit in the base and no messing putting the base and chair together.All in all a high-end looking chair at a value price.Comfort wise, like most people say, once you’ve found your height and the right placeFor your lumber cushion, it’s a wonderful chair.Only downside I’ve found is no adjustable arms (no biggie really) and the lumber cushion filler is not in a bag (I put it in a zip lock bag)

This is so much better than any office chair I’ve had it supports my back so much and makes it so much nicer to sit in but I had abit of difficulty assembling but was easy to follow instructions and for the price it’s well worth it but be wear if buying this I did get one chip that is hidden luckily and there was an indent in foam arm but that can’t be helped

Fantastic looking chair. The material is lovely and soft and looks more expensive than the price we paid, compared to similar chairs we have purchased in the past. It is much bigger than we thought so bedroom needed a move around to enjoy the chairs full benefit. The cushion is a great little feature for extra comfort, and is ideal how it attaches to move it up and down. The only negative I can say is it's not easy to assemble the arms. This took two of us to hold the back in place and get the screws in. Still one arm proved really difficult, after much sweating and cursing we finally got the screws in. Would certainly buy again as it looks so good and so comfy. I would recommend this chair to others.

The chair appears to be of high quality, certainly worth the purchase price. The components fit together well and assembly is straightforward. The only thing I would suggest is for the manufacturing process to include countersinking on the location holes to allow the various bolts to locate easier. Once assembled however the seat is sturdy, well finished and extremely comfortable. I am very pleased with the design and construction.

I'm normally adept at building items I've bought, so wasn't daunted by this chair; however the assembly on this thing took me so much longer than I would have liked.I'm normally honest when I mess up on building something, but this chair unfortunately let me down. The biggest issue being the alignment of the holes between the arms and the chair itself. Because of this I was constantly conscious of cross threading the screws, and spent about 4 hours trying to get it right. There were a couple of tantrums and a lot of thoughts of dread at having to figure out how to send the chair back, but eventually after using a lot of force (against my better judgement) I got the screw in.Eventually once the chair was together, I have to say it's a good chair. It's really comfortable and looks great, but the assembly of it really let it down.

This product was refurbished but on delivery looked brand new! Very happy with the quality of the product, very sturdy and comfortable during long periods of gaming. Can recline back to lying down position which is very relaxing. Took approx 5 mins to assemble which is nothing. I did not even have to read the instructions it was that easy.

Below par office/gaming chair. Definitely over exaggerated on the price, had I seen it in person I wouldn’t pay more than £55 for it. It’s semi-decent, nothing wrong with it aesthetically, and it’s comfortable and practical. But however it’s a below par kind of chair, not worth it’s price tag.
