Like the different strengths of the bands but I wish they were longer. They are the size stated so I should have measured it out before purchasing.

I bought these to use while doing 80 Day Obsession on Beachbody.com and they are great! While the video shows the beachbody.com bands (more expensive, and you only get 3 - light, medium and heavy), here you get an extra heavy and extra-extra heavy, which is great for legs (and you don't have to double band like the beachbody people do!)

These are good bands and sturdy, but not quite calibrated like the ones that my physical therapist use, a little less tension. I don't know what brand she uses, but it sounds like it is Theraband

The x heavy band is a medium at best. They go down from there. They are 12 inches long.They might be ok for a small woman. If your a serious woman or a man don't waste your money.

I like these bands they’re 9 inches. They are great with the 80 day obsession program.

Two of these tore/broke the first time I used them. Giving three stars as benefit of the doubt.

I subscribe to the Beach Body App (21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, etc.) and use these instead of the set that they sell on their website for double the prices plus shipping. These work great, actually even better because a few of the bands have even more resistance than the BB ones,
