Great first buy Graphics Tablet.
I bought this tablet to be used with Krita to help me practice and learn to draw digitally. There is no software or driver issue for compatibility with Krita that I have noticed so far.Battery:The battery charge on this tablet is incredible as I have been using it for about 6-7 hours a day and it has lasted me up to 1 week on a full charge. So overall very happy with that. Downside to that is they don't mention is that it takes 7 hours to charge. However, you can plug it into your computer as still use it while it is charging. (The 7 hours thing is something I found out online)Using the tablet: I am using the tablet on a dual monitor with different screen ratios. I have one monitor at 1920x1080 and the other at 2560x1440. The software allows you to choose whether to use both monitors or just one as well as define the drawing area on the tablet. In my case, I have it set to be used on the 2560x1440 monitor. Since, this is monitor is 27inch and of a larger resolution your experience may be different depending on the monitor you use. But in my case it works completely fine, with the tracking of the pen moving exactly where I want it to. However, it does become a problem for me if I attempt to use it for both monitors as the tracking adjusts itself to a more horizontal movement than vertical. Probably best to use 2 same monitors than different ones as I am. Still can't complain.Hotkeys: This tablet has 8 hotkeys. Fantastic. I didn't originally plan on using the hotkeys when I bought this, but know I love it. Its very easy to configure the hotkeys in their software and there is no issues in using them.Pen: Its not battery charged so no need to charge it as the manual says to - stupid manual. Comes with spare nibs as of this moment I have not needed to change it once. In my opinion the pen is easy to use and I have no issues with it, its grip is nice and feels natural and I have big hands (about slightly over 8cm from across the palm).Drawing: You can draw on this tablet. There may be some tapering but you can easily adjust yourself to that. The surface can be noticeably slippery, but this too you can adjust yourself to. (I just think of it as another step to overcome in making myself a better artist). The pressure sensitivity can be adjusted in the software to your needs. I however have not felt the need to adjust it.Overall: This is the only graphics tablet I have bought, it is a first time buy after many weeks of research into looking for a good beginner tablet. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it as my first choice to anyone looking to start digital art or even move from traditional paper to digital. It's price is great as opposed to it's competitors such as the wacom intuos and the main highlight for me was its screen size. However, after using it for a while now its main highlights to me are not just it's screen size but its hot key features and wireless ability. As someone who was willing to spend near £1000 on one of those fancy wacom display tablets. I had decided to purchase a cheaper tablet to practice my skills before moving onto such a professional and expensive style tablet. However, I now feel that it is not necessary to get such wacom display tablet as this is more than sufficient for my use as of now.Hope my experience helped in your decisions, best of luck and good day.

The price for this verses the quality is brilliant. Heavy durable and good features

Replacing my Wacom Intros 4. Very happy, Great value for money
This is for photography post production in Photoshop and Lightroom.I was a little worried about buying this pen tablet as all the reviews were from drawing artists for drawing, really shouldn't have worried it works much better than my old beat up Wacom intros 4 that just stopped working.Much finer work with the pen, pressure setting works much better on this tabletThe only draw back is a lack of zoom-un-zoom wheel/Slider this can be done on the buttons but that's not very precise (see below)My own gripe with the hardware on this tablet is the buttons, they are very cheap and crummy with very poor control, I would have been much happier to pay a little more for this tablet to come with some buttons that didn't feel like they are out of the 90's for me this is the only thing that spoils this tablet and takes it out of a "professional use" status

Works with Linux Mint 19.3 (So Ubuntu Bionic) - a great product, at a fantastic price.
Long review, mainly for the benefit of potential Linux buyers:Not sure if this works out of the box with Linux Mint 19.3, as I'd already installed the latest Digimend drivers.Either way, I can confirm it works with Linux Mint 19.3 and so probably older versions too.Pressure works in GIMP, Krita and Blender.Tilt didn't appear to work in Krita, although I didn't fiddle about much, as my primary use case is Blender sculpting. Both wired and WiFi modes worked out of the box, no config required. The pen is lightweight and passive, requiring no batteries, as described. The pad itself is a lovely size for my purposes, being roughly 16:9 aspect ratio and not far off A4 size.I have set-up the 8 tablet keys to map to Blender sculpt brushes that I use most frequently and this works flawlessly. You do need to use the xsetwacom utility to do this but there are plenty of tutorials on the web to help with this. (See my shell script at end of post, for an example)I find the tablet accurate in real world use and the pen feels pleasant in the hand and the tablet surface provides a nice tactile feel too.It can be configured for both single screen and dual screen surfaces.By default, the tablet surface spans both screens, (if you have a dual monitor set-up, which I do).I didn't want this, but it's a simple Linux config change to alter. It requires one line of scripting that can be run from a terminal prompt or added to the start-up set-up. (See my shell script at end of post, for an example)It's true that the tablet deforms slightly, when you're resting your hand on the surface. This is because it's a plastic moulded frame (to keep the cost down) rather than an aluminium alloy or similar. It really isn't something to be concerned about and is a trivial complaint.Someone mentioned in a previous review that the pad doesn't sit flat and deforms and so gave it a 1 star review. This is absurd and typical of reviews. If this bothers you so much, I suggest knocking off 1 star, not giving it 1 star. This is a brilliant bit of kit compared to Wacom's offerings and I heartily recommend it, as a Linux tablet.Excellent value for money.---------------------------------------------------------------Script I run at Linux Mint start up:#!/bin/sh#Set to specific monitor name, based on the output from command: xrandrMONITOR="DP-1"PAD_NAME='HUION Huion Tablet Pad pad'STYLUS_NAME='HUION Huion Tablet Pen stylus'# Get all device IDs for the PAD_NAME - in case multiples are present for wired and wireless connectionspadIDs=$(xinput --list | awk -v search="$PAD_NAME" \ '$0 ~ search {match($0, /id=[0-9]+/);\ if (RSTART) \ print substr($0, RSTART+3, RLENGTH-3)\ }'\ )# Ensure all buttons set for mulitple devices with the same name - handles wired and wireless tablet connectionsfor i in $padIDsdoecho Processing ID: $i #select sculptDraw brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 1 "key x" #select smooth brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 2 "key s" #select crease brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 3 "key shift c" #select pinch brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 8 "key p" #select clay strip brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 9 "key 3" #select flatten brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 10 "key shift t" #select grab brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 11 "key 9" #select mask brush xsetwacom --set $i Button 12 "key m" #select snake hook brush -Only have 8 keys #xsetwacom --set $i Button 1 "key k"done# Get all device IDs for the STYLUS_NAME - in case multiples are present for wired and wireless connectionsstylusIDs=$(xinput --list | awk -v search="$STYLUS_NAME" \ '$0 ~ search {match($0, /id=[0-9]+/);\ if (RSTART) \ print substr($0, RSTART+3, RLENGTH-3)\ }'\ )# Map all stylus input devices to the preferred single screen - in case multiples are present for wired and wireless connectionsfor j in $stylusIDsdoecho Processing ID: $j xinput map-to-output $j $MONITORdoneexit 0

Great entry level tablet
I am a traditional artist who works in many mediums. I am a graffiti writer fine artist and illustrator but have never worked digitally so I figured I better start. Not wanting to dive in with an expensive tablet I looked at many reviews and this looked like the best bet. I wasnt disappointed. I'm using it with affinity Designer (which has great support and tutorials via the web page)It was well packagedThe drivers were easy to install and find from the HUION website. It's well worth messing about with the pens pressure settings on tte pop up screen that saves to your desktop. So far it's been a great product and I will pop back when I've had chance to really look at all it can do

The media could not be loaded.

Kommunikation findet grundsätzlich in Englisch statt.
