The hardback is better
This is the best planner I have ever owned.I had ordered one of these with a flimsy cover that was an 8x10. It was too large and of course, the cover was no good.I ordered this one with is a bit smaller with hardcovers. Absolutely perfect. I will order these every year now. I am very satisfied.

Thin paper trumps strong design
I really liked the layout and design of this notebook. It claimed to have thick paper but I found it thin and transparent. For example you can see the print of the next page through the current page when lying flat.

Dimensions are actually 8.5 x 5, and it's heavy
Note that the cover measures 8.5 x 5 and the inside sheets are 8x5. It also has fewer, larger-diameter coils than pictured -- there are 15 coils measuring about 7/8-inch, rather than 23 coils that are about 5/8 inch as pictured. It's also at least 3 ounces heavier than the regular planners, too heavy to add to my purse. The bigger size means it won't fit in my planner cover, so it's going back. It has roughly 30 sheets (60 pages) for notes in the back. Wish BlueSky would bring back the "Endlesss Summer" design that they discontinued.

Nice calendar book
Very nice quality calendar book....love it! Not same as photo since rings r bigger and fewer but still nice.
