Does this product have SPF?

Nowhere on the label, does it mention an SPF amount. So I conclude that it does not.

Does this contain any perfume/fragrance and is it suitable for Vegans?

I can't say if it's Vegan but the manufacturer could tell you. I have always bought it because it isn't animal tested. Ingredients are: water, glycerin, ceteraryl alcohol, liquid paraffin, Peg20 stearate, cetostearyl alcohol, dimethicone, phenoxyethanol, ethyhexylglycerin, evening primrose oil, disodium EDTA, tocopherol, triethanolamine.
