Met all my expectations
I owned this product before and I was confident to buy it again. I like the fact it is compact. I can slip it into my bag and carry it around with me, such as when I go to work. You cannot download programmes though so you have to use it how it comes. I would recommend it if it meets your needs.

The school system uses Chromebooks and this is perfect
I'm a systems guy and have been for over 20 years. I have recommended Chromebooks for people for years and when our daughter needed one for school this fit the bill perfectly.

A very nice Chromebook
We liked everything about it , it is a very nice Chromebook more than expected even though I returned it , bought for my son and he wanted a tablet something a bit smaller but I would recommend this item everything was as described and had no problems with my return.

Defective From The Start
The charger prong was bent so you had to hold it in a specific way in order for it to charge.Wouldn't hold a charge. Once you unplugged the charger no matter how long it had been charging it would shut off.Returned but the service when returning and refund given was exceptional.

Good used Chromebook
I bought it as a gift for someone, the Chromebook was perfectly usable in a good condition but unfortunately had some visible defects due to which I decided to return it. I ordered it from Canada and seller was in US and was not using Amazon shipping but seller was super helpful in returning it. I believe the Chromebook was good for personal use and was overall in good condition.
