The Roman Missal: Study Edition

I use this book in my studies for my Church. Great missal!

In this version, the rubrics appear in gray instead of red, which makes it not easy to read

Quite awesome, but doesn't answer all the questions that I had hoped it would answer, but well worth the price... If you want the complete overview of a Eucharistic Celebration, you will need a Lectionary in addition to this volume.

If you are interested in owning a copy of the latest edition of the Roman Missal for reference or study and don't wish to spend $80,then this is for you. Cost delivered is $28 and this volume has flex cover and is well bound on thick paper. Print is large.This is a very large volume so best for home use and study, but not portable.I highly recommend this Missal because it is very well made and very reasonably priced at AMAZON

Is exactly what is described. No red rubrics (instead printed in lighter gray). Could not even conceivably use this in a service (the way it is formatted makes it very very very thick), but it has everything in there and the price is SOOOO much more reasonable than the ritual editions. Great for reference or resource (like if you type out the parts and format them for yourself).

Ever wonder where in the world the priest is finding those prayers? This is the very missal--howbeit bound less expensively and without ribbons--that lies on the altar. It contains every collect, preface and eucharistic prayer that can possibly be chosen for mass. Becoming familiar with this book at home makes it easier to follow the mass with one's own missal in church.

Came in excellent condition. I love this Study Edition. Only just begin but I'm learning from every page.

I wish that it had the instructions in red ink instead of the light grey.

Like its big brothers, this is a hefty book. For England, Wales and Scotland if you need the local material you will still need a copy of the British CTS edition. But for looking up all the 'universal' stuff this is fine. Not being a stitched binding, it won't last for ever, but at £20 it can easily be replaced. It is certainly not suitable for using at the lectern or altar, though, as it will not lie flat or stay open.

With it's cheap price, you can doodle on this one and order a new one.Perhaps the best thing about this one is the thick paper pages. They won't tear easily apart compared to the expensive (non-study) edition. It contains all the texts of the missal. However, rubrics are not in red.

All I need to understand my catholic faith
