Product description ORGANIC OAT, RAW BUCKWHEAT, BARLEY, SPELT WHEAT AND RYE GROATS, 240g Ingredients: organic wholegrain raw buckwheat (20,8%) crushed grain, organic barley (20,8%) crushed grain, organic spelt wheat (20,8%) crushed grains, organic wholegrain rye (20,8%) crushed grain and organic wholegrain oat (16,7%) flakes. The grains in the MAMUKO porridge are 100% organic and free of any supplementary vitamins, minerals, flavour enhancers, flavours, sugar or salt. The overall preparation time is no longer than that of an instant porridge. These MAMUKO grains are larger, so this porridge is suggested for children who are one year or older. Please note that to make one serving of the porridge, you will need only 25 g (6-7 teaspoonfuls) of the tasty MAMUKO porridge mix. One package makes 12 servings. Directions Pour 4-5 teaspoons of grain into a 200ml of cold water in the pot and let it soak for 5 minutes. Mix until the water starts to boil and boil for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the cooker and leave the pot covered for few minutes. Porridge can be diluted with mother’s milk or adapted milk mixture (for babies from 9 months you can dilute with boiled or pasteurised milk).It can also be seasoned with 0,5 – 1 teaspoon of unrefined oil, vegetable, fruit or berry puree or fresh mashed berries or fruit.
