Yes I wanted to start out saying that this product has helped me so much as giving me vigor and a lot of energy a tall size help me with my personal life with me and my girlfriend I honestly want to say this product is excellent the ingredients in this product ashwagandha root zinc and one other ingredient it says on the front of the bottle I can't pronounce it those are the three main ingredients did a man needs to get Vigor and vitality back in his life it is an excellent product I am not saying this just to write a review I use this product I started using it 3 weeks ago and I've seen such a difference I will be buying more of this product I will buy at least five more bottles in the coming weeks so I can stock up on it it is excellent I hope this review help somebody because I'm honestly telling you it works
