I am 5'3 and 120 pounds, I wear a 28 HH in Freya, Curvy Kate, and Panache normal underwire bras. Freya's sports bras offer this 28 HH girl ZERO support, ZERO bounce control and ZERO comfort! My favorite go to sports bra solution is this: I wear two sports bras. First I put on the Shock Absorber multi- sport in 30 HH (because the bands run larger than Freya), but the key to zero bounce running comfort is layering a second Shock Absorber RUN BRA in 32 G over the top of the 30 HH. (FYI, the Run bra band is different than Freya, Curvy Kate and Panache). By layer two Shock Absorbers this provides me EXCELLENT ZERO BOUNCE support so I can run 2 hours or more! I ordered over $1,200 dollars worth of different brands of sports bras and my HOLY GRAIL brand is now Shock Absorber. But I do have to wear 2 at the same time. Not two with the same back design. One with a Runner's racer back and one with a different back. If I wear the same model of sports bra it hurts my shoulders. I have to distribute the weight on to different locations of my shoulders. I hope this helps all you ladies out their with 28 HH girls. I also Love the Moving Comfort Embody Sports Bra in 32 G. (It does not work as a sports bra for me but rather is my new HOLY GRAIL everyday bra. The Moving Comfort Embody in 32 G, is hands down a bazillion million times more comfortable than all my Freya, Panache or Curvy Kate bras. So thank God for Moving Comfort's Embody Sports bra. Which is now my favorite everyday bra. When I weigh less, around 110 pounds, my absolute favorite HOLY GRAIL running sports bra is the Moving Comfort Juno in 32 E. I hope this helps you well endowed ladies out there.I have tried all the models of Freya sports bras and Panache sports bras but they just do not give me the support and ZERO bounce I Need to run for 4 + hours! I stand by my Shock Absrobers combo for 28 HHs and when I am skinner 1108-110 I love the Brooks Moving Comfort Juno sports bra. All sports bras that take effort to get on are worth every single penny for the support they give my heavy chest!

I ordered this bra before reading the reviews and was very worried it would not fit. I wear a 36f size bra so ordered this in a 36f. A lot of people have left reviews saying the sizes are small. Luckily for me I am really between a 34 and 36 back, I wear 36 on the tightest setting, because I am probably between sizes the 36f shock absorber does fit, but is very snug! I can manage this because I know it will start to stretch out. On the plus side my boobs do not move in this bra! The back fastener between the shoulder blades is impossible to fasten on your own, if like me you are fat and not very supple! I got my husband to fasten it for me, which again is not a problem but if your single and have no one to fasten it, it could be a major problem. Over all I am happy because it gives me the full support I need but not 5* because it is very difficult to get sizing right and almost impossible to fasten at the back

I am normally a 34G so I bought this bra in a 36G and itvfits like a glove, unbelievably comfortable and perfect for my workouts at the gym. I would recommend this to anyone, especially those ladies with larger assets. Well worth the price
