Worked great and solved my water pressure problem
Apparently, the old one of these was defective for quite sometime. If I used the well pump for any length of time, over the course of the day, it would short cycle at shorter and shorter intervals. AKA, it would run more and the motor would get very hot. I would have to unplug the pump, let the pressure tank drain completely and wait about 12 hours for it to completely drain. When the old air control started leaking, I knew I had to replace it. That solved my short cycle problem immediately. My well pump now works like new again. Perfect fit and only took a few minutes to replace.
