I got my puppy yesterday and this is, so far, the best thing I purchased. He wrestles with it and sleeps against it. He slept through the night which I totally did not expect. The toy is bigger than he is and that make the whole thing just that much cuter. I have a feeling I will be going through a lot of batteries but I think it's completely worth it.The toy is soft and so far has taken the little guys teeth with no tearing. I'll update further if he manages to rip it open or anythingUpdate: No tearing and I did put in a hand warmer overnight to see how that worked. It made the toy warm enough to the touch to be comforting but not too hot. I'm not sure my puppy noticed or cared and I haven't done it since. He loves to wrestle with this and sleeps next to or on top of it whenever it's nap time.Update May 2017 -- He loves this toy, he still sleeps with it every night. It hasn't had a heartbeat or the warmer in years but it is still his go to sleep toy. It goes with him to boarding and on every trip. He still has the original stuffy though it doesn't have ears or eyes anymore. I had to wash it once due to an explosion in the crate, with a lot of bleach, and it fared very well. He wasn't sure about it for a few days as it didn't smell right anymore, but he soon fell in love with it again. Im very impressed with the quality as this has lasted three plus years of pretty constant mauling.Five Year Update: He still loves this toy. I keep considering getting a new one and swapping them out but it's held up surprisingly well.Seven Year Update: My neighbors got a puppy and she just cried the whole first night in the crate. I got her one of these and the difference is amazing. She hears the heartbeat and goes directly into her crate!I broke down and got my dog another one, even though this is a big pricey for the size of toy. He is in love. He has spent hours cuddling with this in the past two days. I put up a pic of the old one vs new one. I finally washed the old one and it's better, but he LOVES the new one. I was being sentimental as it was the toy I had with me when I picked him up from the breeder, but apparently he doesn't care. I will be getting more, possibly yearly, as he destroys them.

I can’t say enough good things about this Snuggy Puppy. I brought home my 8-week-old pup and was worried about how she'd adjust to sleeping alone at night. This little stuffed animal was a total game changer!It has a built-in heartbeat device that you can set for 8 hours or leave on continuously, and the soft rhythmic sound really seemed to comfort her. There's also a small pocket for a heating pack, which mimics the warmth of a littermate or mom. Together, these features helped her settle down much faster than I expected.She cuddles up to it every night and falls asleep so much easier. It gave me peace of mind knowing she felt safe and less alone in her new home. Absolutely worth it for any new puppy parent!

Bought this for my 4 month old pug puppy to address any separation anxiety. He took to it right away and it remains his favorite toy. The heat pac and heartbeat device kept him calm and he slept thru the night from day 1. Eventually I removed the heat pack and heartbeat device from it as he didn’t need it anymore. Still the only toy he sleeps with. Clean with a damp cloth and let it dry. Plus it holds up to his rough play and chewing.

I got this puppy for my puppy last summer and she fell in love with it right away! She never cried in her kennel in the evenings with this puppy. The heartbeat sound is quiet enough it won’t keep a person awake at night. My dog still sleeps with this and has carried it around the house and the quality is great! Stuffing has not started to come out of the dog. Going on almost having it for a year.

We have had our puppy for 2 days now. I am surprised at how well this works. My pup wouldn’t stop crying on day one unless being held, we turned this on and set him in the kennel with it and he snuggled right up to it and slept. He slept throughout most of the night too, only waking once. And has been going in the kennel with minimal fuss today. I know it’s still early but so far I am blown away by this.

This thing works miracles! I’m SHOCKED!My 15 year old dachshund is starting to show signs of doggie dementia and a big part of that is anxiety, especially at night (sun downing). He was crying for an hour+ almost every evening. It’s been destroying me to see how stressed and uncomfortable he’s been. We tried everything to put him at ease but nothing was working.Then I stumbled upon this toy and thought it had to be too good to be true. I’m thrilled to say we’re on night three and I can’t believe the incredible difference it’s made. He loves snuggling with it (I’ve never seen him do this with a toy) and hasn’t cried at all since we gave it to him.I’m so happy I finally found something that makes him comfortable and helps with his anxiety/dementia.
