Actually worked!
The motion sensor actually works as advertised. Wattage is sufficient for most outdoor applications. Much less expensive than converting the entire outdoor fixture to a motion sensor unit. I would like to see an equivalent product in a higher wattage flood light.

So far so good and all three bulbs working well. I would have give 5 stars if the range of the motion sensor cover a little more because sometimes I do have to get pretty close to the light to get it turn on but can't only ask for so much at the price.

Used in an open fixture in our garage. The only time this light was on was when we went into the garage to get something out of a cabinet or take the car out to run errands - max. 3 minutes. Very convenient, but the bulb lasted only 22 months. Even if it had been on 1 hour a day, which it was not, it would have burned a total of 670 hours - nowhere near its rated lifespan of 44,000 hours! Won't be buying this ever again!

Nice bulb. Very bright. Motion sensor does turn on bulb on overcast days. 5000k is very white. 3000k would have fit in better. Using in a stairway/hallway in a clear open bottom ceiling light fixture. Been in use for 2 weeks with no problems. Would buy again.

Works best with no ambient light present
Works best with no ambient light present. Use at a 16' high front door entry, but Christmas lights 20' away will prevent it from detecting motion.

Works like a champ
Works like a champ. I installed this on the from porch fixture. My fixture is open bottom and glass sides. Nice alternative to changing the entire Light fixture.
