Lorell Suit Hanger, 17", Plastic, 24 per Pack, Black LLR01064

08/08/16, It's almost two seasons later and I still like them. They didn't leave a crease and/or point in the shoulders.I gave them 5 stars because they met my expectations of the product. In the attached image I compared the hangers to wooden hangers (A) and the ones my dry-cleaners (B) use to give me. I smudged the dry-cleaner's logo on purpose for the image. I purchase the wooden hangers when they are on sale 3 for $15, $5 each. The Lorell Hangers were 24 for $36, $1.50 each.My dry-cleaner "use" to give me great plastic hangers (B) when ever I had a suit dry-cleaned. I was slowly converting all my sweaters over to the these wide hangers. Unfortunately, the dry-cleaner now uses wire hangers. Therefore, I was looking for a replacement. I purchased the wooden hangers (A) for my heavy leather coats.What I liked about the wooden hangers (A) and the dry-cleaner hangers (B) is the wider base at the shoulders. These hangers are about 2" deep where as the Lorell hanger (C) is about 1" deep. I really wish the Lorell hanger (C) was also 2" deep.the Lorell hanger (C) is also 17" wide. I wish it was 18" wide like the others. I can't knock a star off for that since the description plainly stated 17" wide hangers.I would never hang a heavy leather or other winter coat on the Lorell hanger. I don't think they are sturdy enough for that. However, you can't knock a star off for that either since the description stated it was a "Suit Hanger"... Therefore, as suit hanger they are 5 stars. As a sweater hanger they might be 4 stars. After a summer of my sweaters hanging in the closet on them if there are no "points" in the shoulders I'll leave them as 5. If they make "points" in my clothes, I'll lower it to 3. Only time will tell.

These hangers are just want that they say they are - plastic suit hangers. I wish they would've had them for sale in quantities less than 24; I'm planning to keep 12 of them and give the rest away since I don't have the room in my closet for so many thick hangers.Note: if you have small shoulders, these will probably be a little too long for you. I'm a woman who wears suit jackets sized 2 & 4. I had no idea what length of hanger I needed, but turns out that 17" is too long for me, the hangers stick out about an inch too far on both sides. I'm using them anyway, at least for the time being, and am hoping it won't make the shoulders on my clothes look out of whack.

These things are very good at the price. Quick delivery too.If the manufacturer wanted to make these World Class hangers, to compete with the Unoplast Arezzo hangers from Italy, or others at five times the price, just double the flange at the tips so the hangers could handle suits and be gentler to my Gap t-shirts.

I'm a quilter and needed a substantial hanger to hang a quilt top, the backing and the batting while waiting to be quilted. These hangers do the trick without buckling like the cheap plastic hangers. The bar is thick enough and rounded enough so as not to leave a crease mark on the fabric.

Excellent value for the money. Nice thick hanger with proper curvature for suits. Even though there is no felt on the pants bar, the textured plastic holds pants just fine.

I shopped for wooden coat hangers and was surprised how much they cost. I saw these hangers and agree that I wish they were a bit wider, however, I'm not complaining about the quality and price. They are much better than I could get locally and the delivery was top notch.

These are very good for suits, though I would rather have wood ones. The part for the pants is not round so I am afraid of that part leaving a crease. Otherwise, they work, but they are thick. They take up too much room in my closet.

Some reviews were correct in saying these hangers are not large but I am not tall so they fit my shirts perfectly (15.5 32/33). You get a lot for the money and they are basic but well made. I use them for all my jackets currently and most of my nice dress shirts. They also work well for my heavy motorcycle jackets. You must pick and choose if you do not have a massive closet because they are thicker hangers and the inches add up. Great buy and recommend.

I chose this hanger pack based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. The hangers are perfect for sweaters and other lightweight fabrics that traditional hangers may stretch. The dollar value also can't be beat as other hangers easily cost $12 each. I'm not sure how good they would work on heavy suit jackets, though they seem heavy enough to withstand more weight. The only downside is that they take up much more room in the closet because the ends curve in, so be prepared to make room.

Nothing quite like having a good set of hangers in your coat closet. There are definitely beefier ones available for extreme cases but these serve the vast majority of cases. (I need only one beefier hanger for an exceptionally heavy leather jacket). I really wish I had discovered these before buying wooden hangers for my closets. Unfortunately, it turns out that most wooden hangers are complete garbage (I'll be reviewing some), but these plastic ones are uniform, arrive intact, do not warp, do not stain wet clothing, etc. I'll be buying more for other coat closets in the house.

Good length. Very sturdy. Just thick enough for light / med coats too.

They are strong and support the suits & jackets well.Not a think as the hanger that originally came with the suit, but it is a reasonable compromise since they are cheap, strong and work well.
