Good about wind and rain ? Im moped courier . So all day out under rain/wind/cold

Probably wouldn't choose short boots if it's going to be a wet day- regardless of the brand. These are waterproof enough, but because they are a short boot I sometimes get rain in them.

Are these a wide fitting boot
