From start to finish this purchase has been outstanding and I am not usually a Reviewer.The huge package arrived in less than 4 days and was made to measure. The packaging was superb and robust and so the rail was in perfect condition even though it was enormous!Fitting was left to a professional as I am an old man hence the need. All done in less than 1 hour.Its a work of beauty so well done to the team.

These modern looking hand rails are stylish and add great character once installed.The rails are easy to install to either walls or wood using a well secured screw which is hidden inside the bracket.The contemporary brackets are solid and well designed giving that extra style a hall or stairway.I easily installed 2 of these rails in around 1 hour.I highly recommend this product and customer service.Excellent.

Shame, no instructions, or Fixings, otherwise would highly recommend!

This is quality stuff.The cost is in the brackets . The brackets set the balustrade off a treat.I didn't buy the company but I did buy anotherbalustrade.If your fixing to stonework like I did then find two fixing points mortar joints are good (you want it flat) Give them a ring and hopefullythey will drill the holes for the brackets where you want them.

Nice and solid, only let down with the fixings as they are a bit short and I feel with time will come loose as fitted externally into brick

Great product, solid and looks great. Fast delivery and packaged well. No instructions but not difficult if your used to doing a bit of diy.

i now can climb the stairs and it's so nice.
