Great sound & easy to use.
Was a present for my dad. he loved & was very happy with it.

The cd does not work and shows no cd, The cassette was stuck and lost a good tape.
As soon as arrived I opened with great enthusiasm and was disappointed. The cd does not work at all. The wording comes no cd. Tried few CDs. They all work on my husband's Soni. Radio works and sound is good. The cassette got stuck while playing and lost one good tape. Did not try USB. Before selling why can't factory people test the product? I will never buy Neostar product. I wasted my time. My 25 years old Philips Radio, CD, Cassette player was broken down and so wanted new modern one with USB.Please refund my money and arrange a label to send this item back. Thank you. Meg

Does what it claims
I bought this to transfer a large collection of CDs and cassettes [!] to mp3 as I need downsize. It does this with no fuss. Sound quality could be better but my hearing is not what it was so this does the job for me. Would not satisfy a purist.

There is no remote control.
Easy to use..... Controls on top of device could do with being hi lighted as are hard to see.
