It worked great until the day it quit. 3 years doesn’t seem that long. Feels like I should’ve been able to keep it for much longer. It just went cold today, not warm air, just cold air.

This dryer worked great…for less than three years, and then it didn’t. At all. No puff of smoke, no sparks, no winding down of the motor. Just gone. Leaving me to stand, wet tresses dripping, staring perplexed at the corpse.I originally purchased this particular dryer to use with their Black Orchid diffuser and now, since Xtava blow dryers are now extinct, I have to scramble around in search of another that will fit. Not cool, Xtava!

Not only is this aesthetically pleasing, because the dryer is very sleek and beautiful, but it's so amazing on my curly, frizz-prone hair! I have very fine curly dry hair and we curly girls go through hell to get our hair just right! When I decide to dry it straight, it doesn't disappoint either. Dries it in almost half the time that my other dryer did (and I had the BabyLiss 3000 Tourmaline which was excellent), and it's not as loud. It doesn't give me the flyaways like other dryers have; just smooth results. I love that when I wear my hair curly, which is 90% of the time, I can attach my diffusers to it and get smooth, soft, bouncy curls as a result. Again, no flyaways like other dryers. Oh and the Black Orchid diffuser fits perfectly on this nozzle and so does the Devafuser (which I'm loving now for my curly hair, too)!!! Great product! It's a little heavy after holding it for a while, that's the only con I would say it has, but other than that, I love it! I figure, I'll deal with the heaviness of it because it's such an excellent dryer!! Highly recommend it!

It's a bit on the heavy side, but it does a great job. I bought this to use with their orchid diffuser, which is AMAZING. The heat and air settings offer a great range of options, so I can get exactly the results I want. Dry time is pretty quick too, but some of that could be due to my new haircut as well. I can't really speak to the value for the money yet because I haven't had it long enough to assess durability. But it seems well made. Also love the long cord. Perfect for drying upside down!

I literally bought this because I'm a privileged bougie curly girl, and I bought the diffuser first, it wouldn't fit my conair dryer, and I really wanted to use the diffuser, so I purchased this hair dryer, so I could use the diffuser for my curly hair.I'm glad I did. I would recommend this hair dryer to any type of hair, but especially to curly girls, and get their diffuser (or buy the combo pack, it's cheaper--clearly I'm not a bargain shopper) This guy cuts my dry time down by at least 5-10 minutes (from 15-20 to 5-10) and it's quiet.My only dislike is that there are only two heat selections and two speeds, Low and high for both.Otherwise, I love this thing!

This is actually a really, really good blow dryer. I've burned through a few Conair ones over the last few years, and this thing feels massively superior to those while not costing significantly more.It blows *hard*, which is nice that it has a low speed mode. It gets nice and hot too, which again is nice to have a medium heat setting. It feels really solid, nothing shakes or rattles around, and even though the nozzle looks small, it has extremely good airflow.The only negative is that it's a little bit heavier than others that I have used, but I think the fact that it feels really solid and sturdy makes up for the slightly higher weight.I highly recommend this, it was a very very pleasant surprise at how nice this thing is.

I love it. I had an old xtava hair dryer that I've used for a couple years now and it actually still works but I wanted a new one. So I got this one, gets way hotter than my old one and dries all of my hair in half the time. I'm happy with it. The extra nozzle piece that comes with for on the top of it I have only used once, because I'm just used to the regular open nozzle way to dry. But it works for a smooth finish. Usually I had to blow dry and then straighten all of my hair piece by piece but since using this one I've only had to just touch up around the top with the straightener. It's cut down on time getting ready and I'm out of the house way quicker. Definitely recommend trying it.

I bought this to fit the black orchid diffuser. Dries much faster and is quieter than my low- budget hair dryer. I don’t like the toggle-style of the buttons, it’s too easy to change settings and turn off mid-blow. It is a little heavy especially once I attach the diffuser. I would prefer a retractable cord. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
